      Man boobs aka moobs lol

      So I have a question surprise surprise lol. So I gained quite abit of weight in past couple years. N disnt excersize n I got man boobs lol one side is pretty much back to normal the other is still fairly fat. For the past month I have drastically cleaned up my dieting. I still eat alot of food but I eat healthy food. I also drink nothing but water now. I have been excersizeing alot. I'm wondering I have been wanting to hope on a cycle for 4 months now I have all the gear in the closet waiting. Would it be fine for me to hop on the test and npp now. Or should I drop some more bodyfat first?

      I prefer to be as lean as possible. That said, if it were me I’d blast off Man boobs aka moobs lol

      Lol ya that's the feeling I been having. I'm surprised I last over a month with a closet full a juice. I mean the only thing I'm thinking on cycle i want to gain as much weight as possible. So wondering if i should get rid of the boob first. Well i know i should but fuck i just want to hop on cycle. Also my doctor had put me on trt for having low test n I been waiting to start it because I know ima get the best results when I hop on er.

      Not a clue. I can hop on the scale tomorow at work that gives u an idea I know it's not the most accurate. I'd say around 25. From looking at pictures. Not sure tho I've lost quite abit of fat lately.

      I personally would get quite a bit leaner so estrogen is easier to manage & will give u more room to grow.

      Unless youre 20 something I would do a hormone panel, the sound of the moobs is not only bf but over the range estrogen (stores in bf). Go from there.

      Most will argue (especially the fitness industry) but exercising doesn't burn bf...a diet change is the only way youre going to lose fat.

      The most effective and quickest way Ive seen is ketosis...2 co-workers, one lost 28 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks...no gym, no running, nothing but a diet change...the other lost 22 lbs in 3 weeks, same deal, no cardio, exercise (theres proof n the pudding cardio doesn't burn bf)...cardio improves your cardiovascular system...its not a diet.

      Some drugs (steroids) will help u get there, but without a diet change...it wont happen. Hope this can help....lotta misconceptions in the health and fitness world (n this nation anyway)

      Kk I plan on taking aromasin everyday anyways. But estrogen will still be hard to manage?

      I did state I cleaned up my diet drastically and I keep cleaning it more n more every week cutting certain things out. I dont really plan on being on a diet just eating cleaner and more sensible

      I've also had my hormones checked I do have low t. They said my estrogen was in decent ranges not sure of the number tho and i had elevated prolactin for abit. But that has went back down to normal. I was out on a medication that in turn raised my prolactin. But have stopped taking that over a year ago.
