Tudca...500mg to 1000 mg pd...for most part....sometimes milk thistle...sometimes 5%nutrition organ defender...

I've tried just about everything. TUDCA is the only thing that has definitively worked for my elevated liver enzymes based on labs. I take 500mg twice per day while on cycle.

Tudca 300mg twice per day on cycle, going to make it 3 times per day when taking Orals. I took NAC also before but started developing kidney/gull stones. So when guys tell you to drink a lot of water...pound the water if you are going to take NAC. Might just be a genetic thing for me but stones are a potential side effect of NAC. Take it for what it’s woth! Good luck!

CEL cycle assist and tudca. 500mgs tudca morning and night and I start my cycle assist usually a week prior to the beginning of my run. It has never let me down.
