      Why dbol there are much better pre workouts out there like mtren shit is amazing also halo but mtren is a bit better

      Agreed with BigPerk...20mg of good Dbol...plenty. I would at least start off with that and if increased spread it out thru the day. Sudden bigger doses can cause cystic acne, etc.
      The back pumps are due to all the new rbc's....embrace it lol !! As much as u can anyway lol.

      Ive never run more than 25 to 30 day. Sometimes split into 2 doses sometimes not. I kina like the bang of energy & well being off the whole dose at once..but spreading feels more balanced. If youre just looking for a pre-wo bang....split 25mg into 2 spread out, for a few days, get used to it then take the whole 25 couple hrs b4 the gym.

      Split the dose up throughout the day. Personally I'd up it to 30mg 3x split throughout the day.

      There is a great debate whether Dbol actually does give you a boost preworkout or if it's all a mind thing. Either way if it works it works right?

      But for me, if I want a pre workout. I'd take a preworkout

      If i wanted to cycle dbol correctly, I'd cycle it correctly through out the day

      What everyone else is saying. Split the dose throughout the day if you're looking to use dbol for more than just a preworkout amplifier. 20mg preworkout is perfect for a boost...but if you want to actually utilize the dbol for decent gains I'd add another dose later in the day 20-30mg. Dbol has a short half life of about 4-6 hours so it will clear your system quick.
