Dbol as a pre workout??? Advice..
Hey guys, i was hoping to get some feedback on beginner Dbol doses. I have never ran it. I have completed 5 cycles with the basic stuff. Test, EQ, NPP, Mast, Tbol... you get it. So I was gonna kick start my next cycle by taking some Dbol as a pre workout for the first 4 weeks. I was thinking 20mg pre workout on training days only obviously. This is going to be a mass building cycle but I am not trying to put on a bunch of shit weight.
Sust 500 mg weeks 1-16
EQ 600mg weeks 1-16
NPP 500mg weeks 5-16
DBol 20mg (pre workout) weeks 1-4
Aromasin 12.5 ed weeks 1-4
Aromasin 12.5 eod or mwf, weeks 5-16
Anyone thoughts?

Id up the test if i was But Thats personal preference.
Im running same compounds as you right now.
Test e 1200mg
Eq 1500mg
Npp 600mg
Dbol 50mg
I usually take my dbol 30mins -1hr preWO. I love it. Great on lift days

Other window looked strange..I will try again. How much AI are you using on lift days?

I never really liked rhe whole huge does preworkout. Smaller dosages spead throughout the day worked best for me

How much AI are you taking using the Dbol like this?
Are you prone to back pumps with Dbol? If so, do you avoid that side only taking it pre workout?

You can take a dose preworkout. You can up your dose a little if you wish.
But, id spread the dose throughout the day.

20mg of good dbol...plenty ...an hr prewo...my absolute fave....even better than drol...just becouse it blows me up pump wise...if a combo of both ..haaahahaha fogetaboutit...anyways as german said...you can split it up as well..and maybe wise at first before 20 all at once..but like i said if its good dbol...which im sure it is just sayin..drink lot of water...dbol i usually run have me walking like a tarantula lol...at only 20mg..but I'm a lightweight

I hear split up the doses a lot on here. What if sponsors are providing capsules. Are you guys/gals breaking open capsules?

Yeah...you look like a lightweight! Lol!! You are a beast! As far as the quality, it’s ZPHC. Seems like most of their stuff is on point. Maybe I should cut them in half and try 10mg pre workout the first week.
