OP, if you have done cycles in the past I would suggest test and eq for a mild one. Test at like 500mg/week and eq at around 400mg/week. Duration would be anywhere from 10-14 weeks.

Inject Test 250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday. You can inject HCG the same days.

PCT should be ran 3 weeks after last shot. Most people make the mistake of running it the day after the last shot.

What dosage for aromasin and frequency would you run on this cycle?

PCT part is where i think i went wrong last time, i was told to do it few days after my last pin, not 3 weeks later...Oh well, now i know when to do it properly.

What do you mean by taking Aromasin when needed, when i notice some side effects etc? Only problem i had when i was doing test and dbol was some pimples on my back and i got puffy nipples, gino. I was lucky to react on time after i ended my cycle and used some pills called clover i think, or sounds like that?

would Aromasin prevent that and how much/when during the cycle i should use it? Thank you adrenaline, you're such source of knowledge and help, i appreciate it.

Pre cycle bloods and mid cycle bloods 5-6 weeks in are the only true way to know how much ai to take and what adjustment need to be done with that. Me personally I would keep the cycle to 12 weeks and run a test only cycle 500 mg seems to be a good starting number even though you could use less and still make great gains. Whichever test you want to use up to you if it test e or c at least split up into two injections a week to keep blood levels stable and reduce side affects and maximize gains. If decided to use test P or sustanon go to at least EOD injection I personally like short esters better more bang for your buck more stable blood levels and easier to control and adjust . Some do not like to pin that often and choose longer ester . I don't usually give dosage advice on how much ai to use but unfortunately alot knew guys don't get bloods and either hear wrong information or just don't know better. At 500 mg test a week I personally use 12.5 mg of aromasin EOD and keeps my E2 right at perfect level. I also prefer aromasin over adex being that aromasin is what they call a suicide aromatize inhibitor and you won't be subject to an estrogen rebound. Look that up if want more information to much to type. Hope some of that maybe helps you brother

An AI is an Aromatase Inhibitor. When you take Test and most other compounds it aromatizes into either estrogen or DHT. ( DHT is what causes hair loss ) You can control your estrogen by taking an AI. But you dont want to take an AI if you dont need to because having higher levels of estrogen actually promote more muscle growth. Higher levels of estrogen can also cause gyno and that can only be removed with surgery. You need to keep a close eye on your body. Any estrogen related sides and you should start taking your AI until the symptoms disappear. Usually Aromasin comes in 25mg tabs. You can use a pill cuter and split them.

For example if I notice I start getting puffy nips mid cycle. I will start taking 12.5mg of aromasin every day until it goes away. And then I will stop taking it. And if I notice my nips getting puffy again I’ll start taking it again.

Even if your not gyno sensitive I still recommend you buy it and have it on hand. If you dont deal with gyno quickly it will be much harder to deal with later on.

But gyno isnt the only estrogen related side you should be looking for. Acne, libido, lethargy, oily skin, etc.

I dont recommend taking an AI randomly. Only take when needed. Having low estrogen causes problems too.

Thats why getting bloodwork before, during and after really helps you learn your body.

500iu each shot. Thats 1,000iu a week. If you need help on how much water to reconstitute it feel free to ask. Theres many different ways to do it.

You will need:

3 bottles of Test Cyp
3 bottles of HCG
1 pack of Aromasin
1 pack of Clomid
1 pack of Nolva
