Starhopper good looking out with the ancillaries to supplement the cycle. I definitely will have to tighten up my water intake since the weather change does not promote thirst as when it is hot. I'm taking Liver Defender and TUDCA along with milk thistle for liver protection and Hawthorne Berry for heart as well as dandelion root/artichoke xtract and red yeast rice plus the potassium. I also have a digital blood pressure monitor to stay on point with the ticker. So I guess all I have to do now is put in the work and reap the fruits of my labor/the drol effect. Hey thanx again man!!

It took me about 2 weeks to notice a strength difference and about 2.5 before the lethargy started.By the end of week 3 I was tired all the time.

Took the next 5 days off due to a strain/injury but for some reason continued to take sd??
Then first night back you take more sd and thought you should be stronger??
How can you expect to get stronger without working out and using those muscles? This stuff isnt magic. You cant sit at home and expect to take anything and think your gonna get stronger from doing nothing !And actually sd is pretty hard on people.
Maby serious lifters wont use it due to the side effects that come along with it.
Support supps are highly recommended.

Its like his first day realistically.
You can take all the aas you want. But they will do nothing for ya if you dont workout while taking em. Your just wasting em .

You will notice toward the end of your first week. Some differences in recovery ,more reps, gain 2-3lbs. toward the end of your second week noticable, strength gains, muscle will feel fuller, maybe have gained another 2-3lbs. Aafter week 2 the weight gain levels off. Week 3 the magic happens.
Strength is now jumpin what seems like every workout, recovery is quick, your pushing through workouts faster, easier.
Muscles are fuller, tighter! Remember to use some caution. Your strength is gonna go up quickly, but this is how some people get hurt. Your tendons/ligaments dont have time to adjust. Many people use var with sd to help just for this purpose.
