      Creatine

      Been years since I've used creatine. I always thought I held water. Any suggestions on what brand and form? Hold water? I assume most are taking it in an intra or post workout? Sorry it's been awhile

      monohydrate works just as well as any other. bulk supplements on amazon has it for cheap. or u can find protein that has it in it already.

      Never been clear on results not if preloading is even required. Understand that it helps gain size, yet unsure if that is just from water retention. Hopefully someone with some credible broscience speaks up.

      Creatine will allow your muscles to contract hard and replenish atp. There is no scientific evidence that you need to load it. Take 5gm of monohydrate daily and move on. Super cheap too.

      I take 5g two hours preworkout and immediately post workout. Regular creatine monohydrate.
      There is also Creatine HCL in my preworkout.

      It has many functions and uses. I do not get bloated from it because I stay hydrated.

      Most of the newer preworkouts nowadays use creatine hcl. Creatine monohydrate gives me the shits, hcl hasnt affected my stomach so I use that. Same results imo.
