MCT oil and pain. Any experience?
I guess the title is pretty much self explanatory. I have recently used gear made with MCT oil and I am getting PIP like the first time I ever pinned. It has been two days and it is probably the worst I have ever felt in along time. It is a VG site too which I usually never get PIP from except if they are short esters. I take great care in the whole sterilization process of pinning so I know it has nothing to do with that and this is the first time I have ever used MCT oil as a carrier before. All of my pharmacy grade trt test are made with cottonseed oil so I don’t really have any experience with any other oils that I know of. Gear that I have ran previously which was not purchased here never stated on the bottle what the carrier oil was.
So I guess I am looking for anyone else’s experience with MCT oil and if they have had a similar reaction. I have looked around and researched it a little bit. Some state that they are actually allergic to it, others talk about similarities with it and synthol and scarring and some bullshit like that, and others have stated that it tends to cause knots at the injection site but once the body gets used to it that usually subsides and becomes less and less. It would really suck if I am allergic to MCT oil because I have six vials of gear for this run, all made with MCT. Any experiences from the guys and girls here? Trying to remain optimistic about it.

Usually its not the carrier oil that causes the PIP. Its the other ingredients inside like BA or BB. Not every source makes everything the exact same way.
Best advice I can give is to cut it 50/50 with another carrier oil. For example if you want to use 1 cc. Draw 1 CC in the syringe and then draw 1 CC of carrier oil in the syringe as well so you have a 50/50 split.

That’s definitely not something I am looking into doing or willing to do. Just looking for experiences with those that have used different carriers. Thanks for your input though.

I have used every carrier oil you can think of and never had any problems. Unless I was doing Test 500 then theres no way around the PIP

Ok. Thank you. Yeah this is your standard 300mg/ml Test Cyp. If you have never had problems previously with any of the carrier oils, why would you think it is from the BA or B.B. if you have never experienced it before? Just curious. I have read that people were actually allergic to MCT oil through other's personal experiences as well as the knots that many have stated they have had. Nothing real world on the comparison of synthol, just assumptions and bullshit bro logic.

Are you allergic to nuts? I have heard of people being allergic to MCT oil that are allergic to nuts as well.
I have made gear in the past for personal use and tried different formulas. Adding too much BA or BB caused me PIP.

No allergies to anything that I know of.

Do another small 0.2ml inject in your delt.
If you have an issue with allergy, it will be more than pip. Redness and swelling would most likely occur.
Some labs use ungodly typical 2%BA and 20%BB for Test E and Test C. I am not able to verify if that can cause pip. I don't brew mine that high.
I have no pip with MCT. However, sometimes I get a tenderness and sometimes small light bruising, which indicates that maybe I shifted the needle angle while it was inside my muscle.
I have twice gotten redness and swelling, and once a big knot. The redness appeared day 2, knot day 3-4, dissipated days 5-7. Here is the kicker.. same sterilization process as always, and from the same vial I was using with no problem before and after.
This was around cold season and maybe my immune system was compromised.

All depends on which mtc was used some have high acid contents . But like already said most the time pip comes from something else not carrier oil unless u are allergic to the oil.
