My breakfast for past 5 months has been...
8 eggwhites
1 cooked egg
1 slice wheat toast
1 slice cheddar cheese (30g)
100g blueberries
Tired of it but I've lost about 20lbs on this diet.

6 maple turkey sausage links
180g white rice
been eating this for months and haven't gotten tired of it yet.

I started eating:
8oz cube steak
2hard boiled eggs
1cup blueberries+1cup spinach shake
I’m loving the cube steaks. They cook in like 3 min on an iron skillet. Super easy in the AM!

For a while I was having 2 Double CheeseBurgers , and a 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets from Burger King !!
BUT , when I have a day off I'll go to my favorite Diner and have 4 Eggs Scrambled , Homefries , 4 Pieces of Wheat Toast , and 10 pieces of Bacon w/ a cup of coffee !!!
I absolutely love that breakfast.
This morning , I had 2 Turkey Sausage English Muffin sandwiches and a bowl of oatmeal w/ fruit .
