That has been my preworkout meal due digestive issues for the last 5 years without the choc milk I just add unsweeted almond milk

Bro I wake up like 3AM and make chicken and broccoli and sit down to eat it lol my hunger is unreal
My sex drive is also through the roof bro
I can get down like 2-3 times a night and be a complete beast

My go to breakfast the past couple months has been
4 whole eggs
2 slices cheese
1 cinnamon raisin bagel with honey bout 600 calories 40g protein lots of healthy fat, and some carbs. Normally my highest fat meal of the day.
When shreddeding I swap the eggs for whites and drop the cheese to one slice, and switch the bagel for one English muffin. Slashes about 200 calories.
If macros get really poverty low I’ll drop the carbs all together and just eat straight whites but that’s no fun.
