You say it's high how high is it? And do you only get your BP checked at the doctor?

I've made several posts about this. its not anything to take lightly. High BP is a life altering problem if it gets out of control. It will eventually lead to kidney failure, so pay attention.
If you are a healthy person, with no other issues and are not over weight then start with the following:
Make sure your diet is in line. Cut down on the salt and don't take stupid amounts of protein.
Increase your cardio.
Let your doc put you on meds. They wont hurt you (in most cases) and will also help prevent cardiac remodeling, which is another big issue.
Cialis will help but it only works if its a regular intake, so taking some here and there does nothing to help you and the expense is more than most bp meds.

Donate Blood is first thing I would do .
Baby aspirin is a great addition to PEDs life style .
Good brand of Red Yeast Rice might help .
Stay hydrated and no energy drinks or diet beverages .
GW501516 is something I would research

It is all fiction.. I don't condone any of it in real life. I am not a professional or medical doctor just a figment of your imagination

I'm on amlodipine as well as hydrochlorothiazide/Lisinopril.
Amlodipine is mainly for heart issues.

Do yourself a favor and get on the BP meds. I used to be dumb and think it would affect my gains or be counterproductive to take before I wised up and realized how important it was and has no negative affect on gains. The positive affect it has on gains is you’ll stay alive or won’t have a stroke and still be able to lift

I believe that it really does affect your gains!!
I was stagnated in gains until I started my BP meds....then It was like a release, for a lack of a better description.
