I just wanted to make a post of appreciation for this brother hood we have here!! It’s hard to find such helpful caring ppl in this world we live in and I have to say I’m always blown away by the generosity of the bros here. Really Want to personally thank JJ14 for helping me out recently and coming in clutch when I was in need, couldn’t be more appreciative bro!!! So many guys have helped me out in the past to G160-RIGS- DROID just to name a few off the top of my head! When I started here I didn’t know much and it’s really cool to have a place to Learn from such an experienced group of down to earth guys!! Here’s to the Hood!!!

Totally agree man. My outlook on everything weightlifting has changed dramatically since joining BOP and I couldn’t be more grateful for the solid guys we have on here. So much knowledge, experience and motivation here. Honored to be included on this board

That's what it's about bro. When I first joined couple guys wanted to help me and i just thought to myself why does he want to help me cause he dosent know me that well and what's he gunna want in return and in reality he really wanted to just help me out. I beleive in karma what goes around comes around and I mean truly helping the person and not expecting something in return. Everybody goes through shit here male, female dosent matter and we should all help each other.

I joined several boards and I noticed something very different here. I haven't seen a newbie, like myself, get railed on for a question. Other boards have more scam threads than actual sponsors. You all should give yourselves a big pat on your oversized shoulders!
