Injection Tracker App. Anyone like this idea?
I personally like having an electronic log with a body map, section for notes, and reminders. helps me remember how much and when i last pinned. i have a really bad habit of forgetting and i hate not slowly ramping up.
anyone know a good work out log with features that show appropriate rest times and possibly [it's a long shot] calories burned?

I use the medi-safe app.
Use it to remind me to take my daily vitamins, track my pins, remind me to take my pct, etc.

Funny thing I dl this app and love it. First day im working and I hear this shaking sound so im like WTF. It does it again 5min later than again. I thought I was going whacky. So its the app reminding me to take my pill. Man that was funny shit while it lasted.
