Anyone stay on 12.5mcg daily to help keep fat under control or is this a waste? A guy told me about this and I was curious

Doing cardio in the morning helps more to keep your metabolism active to burn more fat than taking a hormone like t3 I only stick to t3 if you are going to compete.

Your body can produce that naturally if your supplementing that dose you can easily suppress your thyroid and not see results. If your trying to stay on safer end bump to 25 or 50. 75mcg is where most people say the catabolism starts.
