      Got the Flu, and didn't train for 9 days. Should I just extend my cycle from 12 weeks to 14 weeks?

      I ate way below maintenance, and didn't train for 9 days. I still feel pretty shitty. I am getting back after it today. Should I extend my cycle or just finish as scheduled?

      You could do an extra 9 days if you want. It wouldn’t hurt anything. Starving yourself and taking 9 days off might give you another little boost.
