What time do you train?
I started training early in the morning but I usually train after work @ 6:00pm. I like it but it seems really hard to get going because I don’t have much food in me yet. When do you lift? Does it matter?

I like to and have to, start working out before 0400. That means I wake up at 0300 to do my hgh and can have my preworkout on the way to the gym where I lift until 0600

That’s great! I’m starting to get used to it. There are no other people doing heavy ass weights so that’s a plus. One thing that I like is that it starts my day off good knowing I’ve already got it done.

95% of the time between 3pm and 6pm. ((Depends on work schedule)). If I can’t do that it’s after 10pm.

Historically I prefer am training. The last few years the wife moved that to pm but now I'm back morning and evening. I get too wired up to train at night and then can't sleep.

I prefer first thing in the morning, but due to the job I landed 6 months ago I now train between 5pm and 8pm depending on when I get off of work.
