      i get that would be a high tren dose but that's also a high cruise dose. To get a bulk after cruising that high he will have to up the test. I've always found 2:1 tren:test so that's where I got that.

      For me, I like 600mg/300mg a tren/test a week but I'm also not cruising at 250/week.

      I think your choosing the wrong compounds for your goals.. and 12 weeks?

      You want to gain mass right?Use what works for that my freind dont stress your body for 12 weeks pinning tren ace for weight gains.

      Personally, no matter what the cruise dose is or was I believe 1000mgs of tren is reckless. Especially For someone who, I am assuming now, has never done tren before. The common mantra, belief, theory(whatever you want to call it) will always apply, that being, less is more. The best piece of advise that I could give the OP and be comfortable with(without knowing any other details) is to focus on your diet. Once your diet is specific to your individualized goals then I would move on to setting up a run.

      Also, OP, I am sure that if you have everything covered with regards to diet, and give a little more specifics regarding you history I am sure more members will be willing to help you out with any planned runs. There are some very knowledgeable members on this forum who have been doing this for a very long time.

      Yea in April I ran deca for 12 weeks kick started with dbol and was running 750 mg sus a week with 600 mg deca had no issues at all . No deca dick great gains everything . Also have plenty of caber adex and aromasin on hand.

      Def not planning on starting on 1000 mgs a week of tren. Really I'm looking to get the most from the least and let my diet and training do the rest of work . Didnt know if like 400 mgs ew I would notice solid gains or not. Maybe even start with 300

      At 175 lbs all you need is test at 500mg and obviously a lot more food...shit cruising at 250mg and enough food you should be growing at 5’10 you nowhere near a weight that needs grams of gear to grow just more food ..
