need some help with current cycle
Ok BOP here it goes:
Currently on my first cycle, it was outlined to be
500mg Test E p/w wk 1-14
100mg Tren A EOD week 8-14
pct nolva/clomid 4 weeks
The goal was to eat at +300 over maintenance which I figured to be at 3200 so Ive been eating ~3500 per day. For the most part ive been clean. Exception is I do get some halo top ice cream like once a week. With this phase of the cycle ive been content. Im 5'9 and started at 205ish and blew up pretty quick id say, by week 9 I was 225lb. Now my goal from week 8-14 was to retain size and strength while trimming some fat. starting at week 9 I dropped cals to 2900 and started adding in cardio 3x a week 20-30min on either incline walk/elliptical/stairmaster post workout. Im currently on week 11 now and im really not dropping weight or fat from what I can tell. im currently sitting at 222lbs. My current macros are 290g Carbs/65g Fat/290g Protein
side note: im extremely pleased with what ive accomplished in the time regardless just figured id be able to trim some of the fat towards the end of this
maybe my goals weren't realistic, either way I look forward to the knowledge ill get from this. Thanks

I would cut carbs down to a gram per pound of body weight and if you really want to drop weight 30-45 minutes cardio everyday fasted is better but if you can’t fit fasted into your schedule get the cardio in when you can.

And I wouldn’t say your goals are unrealistic I know guys that have dropped 16-20lbs in 4 weeks but it takes pain and suffering only way to shred is to be in a caloric deficit some people have a harder time than others cutting the calories . Even amazing drugs like tren won’t do shit if you aren’t willing to sacrifice.

I agree with aa on the carbs, I would cut them by half and try to get most of your carbs in the preworkout meal.
I too used tren my first cycle and the results were amazing. I would also suggest dropping the calories way down. When cutting with tren from my experience I can eat at half my maintenance and really not loose muscle, this may not work for everyone.
By the way you have made allot of progress from the pics. But don't be afraid to kick that diet into high gear these last few weeks.
Drop the carbs and the calories way down keep protein above 200!! Force your body to burn fat... It gets allot more simple with time and experience...
Take every opportunity in your first few cycles to learn what works for you and your body and make notes. I done allot of experimenting with dosing / diet / and training in my first few runs and I find it very easy to do what I set out to do in each cycle now because of what I have learned. There are things I do so much differently than some of my bro's that work for me and don't do shit for them.. Figure out what works for you.
