      Marijuana and gear question

      I was just wondering if regular marijuana use will hurt your gains when on gear, other then giving you the munchies and making it hard as hell to keep calories down while cutting.

      Marijuana actually helps me while on. Its good at night for sleep and also helping you eat

      one thing it will hurt is your diet... if anything it will help. Works great for pain!

      there is some research that suggests THC CAN possibly effect prolactin/estrogen levels..
      But i have no personal info on this... its only research i have read..

      Other than that... isn't EVERYTHING great in moderation?!

      With cbd's you can get everything from creams for your joints and tendons to sublingual's. Mellows you out without altering you. To me it helps. Cbd's are legal in all states.

      I think it's great for recovery.

      I actually smoke marijuana every night and eat edibles on weekends. Did it through my whole 16 weeks cycle of primo, test, and var.

      Didn’t have any issues besides heavy lungs when at the gym. So I decided to stop smoking marijuana and just do edibles

      Just my experience
