Aromasin Use/Current cycle

Let me start off with the stats. I'm 214lbs/6' tall/17%BF/31years old. I'm currently running EQ@900MG, Test P @ 350mg, Just introduced some GH literally yesterday so titrating up 1i.u. per week until 3iu/daily. I would like to double my test P, to 700mg/week. I am aromo sensitive and I am running Aromasin @12.5 as needed or about every 3 days. Don't know if that is a standard protocol for it, just don't want to crash my estro. Guys any and all criticism is appreciated, I don't post for confirmation, I ask for criticism so I can learn. I'm looking for help with dosing protocol on the Aromasin before I jump my test or if I should just keep it where it's at, guys that are sensitive your experience is greatly appreciated

I'd leave it as it is unless you feel something is going on that's not normal. I know when I need more when i get a little itch in a nipple. UNlike other AI's that are all or nothing, aromsain has about a 72 hour effective life so adding a dose will allow you to respond quickly.

If I have sensitivity that's is actually painful. A little sensitivity is fine fine with me but if it hurts I know I need to do something

What's the reason for bumping test up, you're already at 1250mg of AAS per week which is more than enough to grow at your current BW and BF%. Our stats are very similar on everything, so I can relate to you a bit. How long have you been training, how's your nutrition, sleep, and training intensity? I'd make sure those things are nailed down before adding more unnecessary AAS, as it would only add side effects for not that much more or faster lean muscle mass growth. But you're a grown man and will do what you feel is best for you. I always encourage minimal effective doses so take my advice with a grain of salt if you want to gain weight and size whatever the cost may be.

As for your AI dose if that current protocol is keeping your nipples from getting sensitive and you still have a good sex drive then I'd stay with that protocol. As you said no need to risk crushing estrogen if you have no estrogen related side effects.

Maybe stay with what you have, monitor closely.. then again I've been sensitive over the years to anything over 500mgs and I've been running testp mastp and npp at 150 each eod added trestace 100mg a week ago with no symptoms, using no ai and just got labs saying I'm at 116.2 estradiol so even if you don't have symptoms doesn't mean you dint need an ai, should get labs before you do anything, its a delicate balance when choosing to use an ai you should know where your at then you can respond accordingly..
