      18 Month Transformation

Have had labs done monthly. Been pretty strategic with when I use orals. Soon as labs are within range I'll jump back on and ride until everything gets elevated. Don't know how people just estimate without knowing 100% how things look. I've learned alot about my body and how I can control and manipulate things. I have also pretty much nailed my E2 down and can guess pretty closely based on how I feel (relative to cycle supplements obviously).

I've got a vasectomy so done with kids, no concern there. Cholesterol, kidneys and liver are really only concerns. My kidneys and cholesterol is all that fluctuate. My liver must be super human or something. Lol

I used to be really big into bodybuilding when I was in the military, but I'm a 100% disabled vet so there was about 8 years where I was physically unable or limited to the point I didn't bother. 2 years ago I got cleared for 90% of what most people consider essential exercises (or the movements they use anyways). Took me about 6 months to get a home gym together and get motivated to attempt weight training. I knew I was gonna be weak....

I weighed 275 pounds 2 years ago. I dieted and did cardio/calisthenics for 6 months. I started 18 months (exactly a week ago) at 233 lbs and prolly 30%+ of DAD BOD. I am now 230 lbs and prolly a legit 12-13% bf. My wife says I look younger now than I did at 27. I'm 36 years old and will never quit improving myself. What's crazy is every lab, overall, is better than the one before it. So far, lifestyle changes have more than balanced out steroid usage. Did not anticipate that at all...

Awesome brother this is why we love what we do. I love seeing people put in the work and get the results. I shared my transformation myself a little less than a year ago with the hood.

I know what it takes, I know how hard you have worked! Props too ya.....

That was me brother! Thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it. I'm just happy I was finally physically able to work out at this level. There are certain things I just can't do, certain variations of squats/lunges or heavy military presses are impossible. High intensity training, for my money, is where it's at.

Never do cardio. Don't have to the way I work out. Soon as heart rate goes under 130-135 time for next set. Leg workout was a beast last night... And only 21 mins.... OF PURE HELL!!! Lol
