Joint pain, stiff joints, trigger finger.
So recently, my joints in my fingers have been getting kind of sore. Its gotten to the point where I cant even make a fist on either hand without having all my fingers lock up (trigger finger), some of them lock up worse than others and some hurt more than others. My forearms and hands would also get numb very easily.
At first. I suspected it was my GH so I lowered my dosave from 3.33iu ED to 2.5iu ED. The numbness joint paint was bearable up until 2 days ago. So now Im suspecting its not a GH side. What could it be?
Im currently on 500mgs test e and 600mgs eq EW. But Im starting to think its an estrogen related problem. Im taking 12.5mg of pharma aromasin E3D. I also read Asin can cause joint pain. Could my AI be the problem? Maybe my e2? Ive gotten bloods done, but am currently waiting for results. If anyone has any idea whats going on, comment below.
Im taking joint supplements, drinking 1 to 1.5 gallons of water daily. Im really puzzled.
If you need more info in order to draw a conclusion. Ive been logging my cycle daily in detail on BOP.

I’d bet it’s the growth just just drop it you dropped 1 out which is basically nothing.
If it goes away you have your answer. Low e2 they would be dry and achy and you would feel luorrible all day all the time

Carpal tunnel like symptoms. I agree with Joko, it's likely the GH.

I’m with you on that one. For me low E2 usually hits all my joints, not just my hands. My hips and knees are usually killing me on that.

What makes u think it's the est. I've had low est sides and I felt it aaaalll over my body. IT was not pleasant.
It really sounds like classic gh sides bro.
Drop to 1 iu a day and see what happens.

Classic GH sides. I get those sides every time I run GH, eventually I have to cycle off for a while and let the pain, numbness, water retention in hands subside. Come off completely, it will take forever to get better if you keep taking it.

Could be tennis or golfers elbow. My brother couldn't make a fist until he got looked at by a doc. Gave him wrist supports and wrist exercises now hes 1000 percent better only after a few weeks.

I’ve had five surgeries on my hands. My trigger finger is usually swollen to twice the size of its counterpart. I have wicked arthritis in my hands as well. I use Species Arthrolyze and it works great. I was taking it about two week in May for the first time and my wife commented that I hadn’t been complaining about my hands lately, which I usually do several times per day.
Then in September I started whimpering about my hands again and she pointed out that I had been out of that supplement for about two weeks.
I have taken most of the ingredients in Arthrolyze before with no noticable effects. But there seems to be some sort of synergy in this product’s formula that works. When I started I said that if I had a 10% reduction in discomfort I’d be happy.
The result exceed that. For me it’s worth the $50/month.
I have a discount code if anyone is interested. PM me. I make nothing from it and have the code simply to help people try it. I pay for all of my supplements so there’s no whoring on my end.

My thought is simple: You need a simple nutrient B6.. And I would get the more biological active form (pyridoxal 5' -phosphate.)
Vitamin B6 50mg 3 times per day for a month to reverse the condition.
B6 requires adequate levels of Zinc. Zinc deficiency inhibits conversion of B6 into active form. B6 is useless until zinc deficiency is corrected.
It also important to remember to check for 'low alkaline phosphatase "<70 ". Levels below 70 is commonly correlated with zinc deficiency..... GP
