      Athletic performance

      Thanks for all the support.

      Ive been watching this thread and it seems that this is the best around.

      Im trying to do my first cycle.

      I would like to try HGH for the recovery benefits.

      And maybe some testosterone.

      But i dont think i should do both since its my first cycle ever.

      Stats

      Weight 163 lbs

      16% bf

      5'5

      Train crossfit, triathlons, kite surfing and soccer. Plus regular lifting. I feel healthy but i would like to be at 12% or 10% bf.

      What do you guys recommend?

      My trainning and diet is pretty good. Never thought i would be this strict.

      Specially the toll trainning for triathlons take on you is big along with crossfit twice a week.

      *hurt my foot playing soccer, im out of the boot alreayldy.

      Test c or test e 500mg weekly 12-16 weeks total

      Split into two doses so 250mg twice weekly

      Most on here will say start with test.

      Get blood work done before during and after your cycle

      The before test is important itll give you your baseline so you know where you stand. So after you're PCT you'll be able to tell if you have in fact "recovered".

      Dont half ass it, do your research good luck.
