      Vitamins and gear

      Hey boys. I am aware theres a nutrition subtopic but I want to reach out specifically to people on gear. What kind of vitamins do you find help on cycle? I am taking b12 injections, magnesium and fish oil currently

      In the past I've done aaaalllll kinds of extra stuff for vitamins til the pint she it got ridiculous. I used to do B VIT injections as well but it just wasn't necessary in my case

      Rn I just take a decent performance multi vit and I drink energy drinks which provide just nutrients like additional b vitamins.

      A hard core BB related multi vit will have the necessary magnesium, b vitamins, etc.

      Beta carotene
      Vitamin A
      Omega 3
      Vitamin D3 with fish oil
      2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
      1 spoon natural honey

      Lemon juice for indigestion/bloat

      Mens daily vitamin, liver aid ,Nac, Creatine fish oil ,tudca doing anadrol 50 for 6 weeks and 140 gram protein shake each day

      All vitamins and minerals in above normal amounts are beneficial on cycle in my opinion. Iodine, magnesium, ALL b vitamins are among my main staples. Iodine for cellular energy slog with B vitamins is crucial especially if you consume more caffeine or stimulants than average. Then again magnesium also is excreted much faster with alcohol and anything that increases adrenaline.
