Need help post surgery drug protocol

Hey guys. New Year’s Day I had a shit start to the year and snapped my femur into 3 pieces whilst wakeboarding. They’ve bolted a permanent rod into my femur and my recovery is no doubt gonna be slow and Long. Being a construction labourer I’m well fucked work wise. Not trying to be silly and do anything I’m not capable of, I just want some advice on the best possible protocol to speed things up for me, perhaps make the recovery better. I cruise on 250mg test year round and my blasts are rare. I was thinking maybe 6iu hgh ED, keep my test at 250mg and perhaps throw in 400mg deca? Any opinions, experience, advice will all be much appreciated. Thanks guys. Oh also side note I have a bunch IGF LR3 at home if that would come in handy?

I'd go with HGH, BPC-157, and TB-500 along with low dose test. Deca might help prevent some muscle loss, but it won't speed up the healing process.

Good luck. I've had some bad injuries, but having a desk job meant I was never out of work.

I'd probably stay off it and listen to doctors . I'm pretty sure nothing will help to speed your recovery time .

Sorry your year is starting off so bad, but may be it's a life changing event and in a few years you'll be thinking none of this would have been possible if I didn't break my femur

Have had SIGNIFICANT orthopedic patch ups including two spine fusions, two attempts to repair my split in two pelvis and a nearly detached foot that resulted in a fibulae clean break. These are only the surgeries with hardware still inside me. The most significant injuries happened at 47.

I would suggest to anyone with these catastrophic injuries to stay on top of a clean, healthy diet. Consuming mostly foods that are actually beneficial to your body, straying only to fast/junk food when trying to keep your sanity. I also highly recommend a top quality line of supplements that contain effective versions of things such as calcium, D3, etc. Back in 2011 when I got these injuries, a friend pleaded with me to take Bone Up, a calcium, vitamin D supplement.
Now I would suggest Species Nutrition V-Mineralize. Super high quality components. I also am a fan of their Fatty Acids product, Omegalyze. (If you are interested I can give you a discount code that I give to my clients. I don’t want it published so PM me if you like).
I was in a wheelchair for six months and had the pelvic surgery twice. Nothing drove me crazier than being dependent on others to live my daily life. Keeping your wits about you should be number one on your list for successful. Number two is to not do more than your doctor allows you. (This is a big one and probably the reason my first surgery failed. I’m not very good at listening to others telling me how to live my life.)

As far as gear...I am sure that at 47 some test would have helped. Had I access to HGH, I probably would have used 4iu/day/split. These suggested peptides such as TB500 and BPC157 seem to be quite favored by most but I have not experience anything from them.

The key is to let the bone heal and depending on how much they fucked up your muscles doing the repairs, be easy on your legs for quite some time. I’m sure by now you know all the facts on femurs, how hard they are to break and how the successful healing rate is.
Oddly enough, even though I spend most of my adult life in the military, my experiences with my broken bones and the injuries of others comes from my very short exposureto motorcycle road racing. We had guys breaking shit every weekend. Those that didn’t get stupid trying to do too much too fast came back pretty close to 100%. Unfortunately I am not one of them.

Good luck! Breaking a femur is no joke.

p.s. I was in the stands at T2 at Infineon/Sonoma/Sear’s Point when a guy high-sided into the wall and broke BOTH femurs. Everyone HEARD the very loud breaks. Still gives me the heebie jeebies thinking about it.

I am always a little leary or trying to make things heal quickly. As I have not seen anything that shows that quick makes for a better long term fix. I have used TB500 and BPC157 and some other stuff before my surgeries to facilitate healing so that I didn't need the surgery and really saw no real benefit other then less inflammation while I was taking them. As it was stated earlier, nutrition will probably be the biggest factor. As you are on T know i would continue. Some HGh would help but I would keep the doses moderate at most. Deca could help retain muscle but since it has been shown to damage cell walls I would be hesitant to take it. Before my spine surgery my Dr. suggested I find some to use since he has used it in the past for his own surgeries. I have had spine, shoulder replacement as well as a couple other surgeries and find that getting back into the gm and woking what you can helps the healing process as the nerves keep firing off in the immobilized muscles. And my orthopedic surgeons have agreed that is a good wasy to go.
