Yes I run nolva when using test base daily on cycle I start with 20mg daily for 5 days then drop to 10mg daily.
The increased estrogen gives better growth. Nolva blocks estrogen at reception sites like nipples and mud section fat areas. While still providing growth and helping protect lipids.
He says "I prefer Nolvadex over Arimidex", so I guess he doesn't run an AI. He just blocks gyno with SERM.
So I am not sure what all that is about. @20:00 mark for "Anti-E talk". I am guessing he knows the difference between a SERM and AI... not sure.

Are you trying to combat gyno? If so you could use sporadically till symptoms start to reside then discontinue use. I have done that on occasion but I think an AI would be a better solve.
