Eq 750mgs per week +
Just want to get some brothers input on their experience running eq above 750. I started to run it that high last week and I swear, my appetite is insane this week, more than usual and on top of it, I feel very hot and break into sweat much easier. It's almost like I'm feeling like I'm running a fever. strength is great and pumps are insane.. Just some thoughts..

900mg/wk is where I found my sweet spot to be. To me, anything below 750/wk is almost a waste and doesn't do EQ any justice.

Right now I'm around 201 with anxiety now..LOL. hard as a rock, just a anxious one Probably not doing this one again. My sweet spot is usually around 500mgs. I had some left over, figured I'd do the rest..

I don’t run more than 600/week anymore... I’ve ran higher and was met with high anxiety, sometimes kind of panicky feeling, my BP sky rocketed, consistently 170/110 with 112+ heart rate resting... my normal resting is currently 52-54 when I’m working out it’s 116-120 lol... I’d feel like I was going to pass out fairly easy with minimal exertion.. I’d see light worms...
It took like 3 months for my body to go back to normal after I stopped...
So with EQ, I’d suggest since everyone is different, depending on who’s EQ you’re running will dictate your actual dosing, to adjust in no less than 4 week intervals... so if you just bumped to 750 after doing just fine in where you were at, then give this new dosing some time to see how your body will respond... there’s no quick way out of it. You can’t just simply stop and symptoms will just go away... if shit goes sideways, you’re riding that beast for weeks before some relief will show up...
Imo, as many will have very different ones, 600/week split into 2, does its job and does it well... I know the eq I take is spot on on dosing though... so I know it’s a true 600 if not a smidge above.
I say tread with caution... see how you feel at 750 for 4 weeks... there’s always next round to bump it as well...

I agree, 600mg is the highest I go now. Any higher than that, the sides are not worth the gains for me. My BP goes way up, anxiety sucks. It increases your red blood cell count, so be mindful of running really high doses. At 600mg my appetite is always great, pumps/vascularity are insane and I just generally feel good.

Yeah, I'm actually at the end of my cycle. I may have to ride this out for a few weeks. It really sucks right now how I feel with the anxiety. Nothing like going to bed peacefully at 11:30 only to wake up looking like your avatar at 3:30 am wide awake!
