This is insane! Absolutely 100% your are overtraining. The bicep is a very small muscle. I am surprised you haven't tore a bicep yet with that much weight and volume. I usually tell me it's unlikely they are overtraining...but based on that training log the OP posted, I'd say yes...overtraining for sure.
Weight happens in the kitchen. If you want to gain weight you need to eat for it. How tall are you? Im 5'11" and 250lbs. I eat about 3250cals a day to maintain my weight. For growth im looking at 3800cals.
