I was sweating bullets also, but when I felt my adrenaline shoot up, I just pushed it into my delt and after a few seconds or so, it was over. No big deal really, until one time I hit a vein and watched blood shoot a few inches out of my delt and run down my bicep and all over the floor. That was scary as hell!

I remember my first time way back. I was nervous, trying to pin my glute, my arm and hand started falling asleep, I started to panic but managed to keep my composure and finish it. It was crazy. Afterward I was so relieved until I remembered I had to do it again in a few days lol.

It was a fiasco. I didn't have an unreasonable fear of shots or anything. It is different when you have to do it to yourself, of course.
I was just ham-fisted and bent the needle first time I tried to load it. So then I'm a little frustrated and the second try is worse. So I wrecked a few needles and wasted a few ml of test cyp My wife watched and laughed the whole time. Her dad and sister are diabetic and she had watched them do it her whole life. She finally just took the stuff from me and said "watch, use baby hands." She loaded a needle for me. She wouldn't give me the shot though. The first shots actually went well. But loading that first barrel was an event.
Better than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow!
