As it has been said, Go Get It! We each have to make our own decisions in life, and live and die by those decisions.
I am proud of you for the fact you did not go for the shot right there in the doctor's office. Instead you did your homework and solved the problem the way in which it should have been handled (IMHO).

So the first day of my cycle is done.
Morning
Fasted steady state cardio: 45 minuets on stationery bike
calves:4 sets seared calf raises
abs: crunches and stiff leg raises
Evening
bench press 4 sets
incline flys 4 sets
cable crossovers 2 sets each three diff positions
military shoulder press 3 sets
front shoulder raises 3 sets
bemt over revers flys 4 sets
cable tricep extension 4 sets
skull crushers 3 sets
10 minuets cardio
food
9:00 am two boiled eggs
12:00 meal prep
2:00 protein shake
4:00 meal prep
8:00 post work out protein shake

Today was back, biceps and cardio. Pinned 600 mg primo between yesterday and today. Will do another 600 mg between Monday Wednesday and Friday. That will give me 1200 mg front load the first week. Starting next week it will be 600 mg a week. It’s only the second day on Anavar but the pumps in the gym this morning were ridiculous. I know it’s a “weak” steroid
but I react so good to only 30 mg a day. This is my second time running Anavar and I really like it.

Hi Avid. I did keto for the first 4 months. I have added in a small amount of carbs which I adjust daily to match my work out.

Subbed and cheering you on. I will be 46 in August. Started TRT February of last year after about 6 months of Keto, cardio, and circuit training. I dropped from 225 to 176 - i'm 5'8". Shortly after starting TRT, I too broke ALL the "rules". I am currently wrapping up my 3rd blast (18 weeks of winter bulking). I am sitting at 208 lbs and my goal is 210. The change has been TREMENDOUS and I wouldn't change a thing. I have done things responsibly, keeping an eye on bloods and vitals. Would I recommend to others to do what I have done? No. But, I am hard headed and at 45 years old I kinda felt like I was "running out of time" to get in shape and have the body I desire.
So, I say to you: GET IT BRO. I look forward to seeing your progress. BOP is a great place full of good folks and tons of experience.
