Have you ever looked into a protein sparing modified fast? Not like the ones Doctors prescribe in hospitals but like what Lyle McDonald writes about.
You take in 2.2g-4.4g of protein per kg lean body mass. You have unlimited leafy greens but that's the only carbs. You supplement with a multivitamin, sodium, potassium, magnesium, taurine, calcium and fish oil. You only need .4g/kg of fat for your macro/micronutrients profile.
Your body draws energy from fat stores and from converting protein via gluconeogenesis.
This is what I would be doing right now of I had the willpower.
@Enigma is the man
@swolesooner I'm starting to lile you more and more as I follow you around BOP
@texman you made your decisions the best you could based off of everything you had to work off of. You splurged a little bit and we all do. Im no better than you. you look good man
Keep grinding my man. Excited to see the results you get. Thank you for being honest upfront about your situation. I enjoy seeing people take control of their situation and health. My only suggestion would be just make sure you stay dialed in on the diet front and continue to get regular blood work to check on your triglycerides and lipids
Good for you!!! Keep it going your on the right track.. ignore the nonsense

Amen! Your going to see results using gear you'd never
see waiting around years to reach your "genetic potential". No one ever considers the mental aspect of being "on". You'll literally see weekly results which is mind momentum and'll proport your goals and eventual success. Likely your only problem will be joint issues, to that you'll need introduction to BPC 157... Welcome to the Golden Age of source availability and thank God for this board.
