      Anyone else have this problem when cutting

      You guys have a hard time sleeping when cutting? Not using any PED'S that would cause this. I know if I decide to have a cheat, I'll sleep good for a few days then have a tough time sleeping. This mean I'm in a need of a refeed or cheat? Any idea what causes this?

      Yes it happens. I would feel like I’m going hypo. Half a banana and a cold lean shake helps. If you are cutting for a show then I would scrutinize the lean shake and the banana part. Otherwise, it’s pretty helpful.

      Happens to me too. It's hard for me to go to sleep if I'm hungry, or even feel like I might get hungry soon. I can usually fight through it, but sometimes it bothers me enough that I'll get up and drink a light shake. Sometimes I'll hard boil some eggs and and keep them in the fridge. If I can't sleep due to hunger, I'll peel one and only eat the white.

      Yes I'm doing a pre contest comp now( 4 weeks out ,)I head to sleep wake up 1 hour later can't sleep that's even on a full stomach of egg whites symptoms are close to being on tren

      Magnesium helps relaxes the mine or I use a mild sleeping pill but only now and then as I don't want my body to adapt to this
