no need to go over 300mg test, you’ll feel good and have WAY MORE than enough in your body to function. 150-300mg is where ya wanna be. Find the lowest dose that makes u function. Then sky’s the limit with ur other anabolics. But if ur libido crashes or something, a lack of test is not your answer

Now I just started 450 tren E and 300 test c and I have prami on hand
Would you guys think I should run it twice a week with my aromasin once or twice

I run .5 twice/week caber. But i don't typically get high prolactin until week 6 around 600. Get bloodwork done cause we're all different & do what works for you.

Obviously your body needs test. A trt dose is perfect. There's really no need to go any higher than that anabolic androgenic ratio of Tren is 500/500 compared to test 100/100. Tren is everything it's hyped up to be. I think people overdo it too.
For me
Test 200-250 a week
Tren 400 a week
Numbers can be played with obviously it depends on what else you're taking and or side effects for dealing with with the tren. This has been discussed many times but still interesting to see what people have to say based off personal experience
That's my personal experience and I'm sticking to it at that dose I take nolvadex only for the test and I barely take an AI maybe once a week. That's what works for me you need estrogen to grow obviously you don't need b**** tits. Caber .5 2x week.

If your on trt and still using AI, would you keep the AI the same when you add tren?

I love tren and quit running it because of the insomnia. Did you have insomnia running it this way,? I am tempted to try it. I have never done it like this

There really is no cookie-cutter protocol for this because everybody will metabolize hormones at a different ratio.. some individuals have an increase with their sex drive that can be rather uncomfortable even with a higher testosterone ratio, the whole ratio suggestions are advocated by those that respond well to it.. if anyone tells you that you must do it this way I would put your fingers in your ears and ignore everything they say.. there is a lot of articles out there that is peer-reviewed on both sides of the fence with studies and anecdotal reports that can support each other equally..

Taking suggestions and trying out different ratios with the addition of other compounds for an added bonus is what this comes down to, at the end of the day you are your very own science experiment, this is not a one-size-fits-all lifestyle..

Keep in mind that just because some very aggressive hormones can support a healthier and stronger sex drive does not mean it may apply to you,because they can even initiate a slew of effects with other enzymes and sleeper cells that can have an opposite effect on you..

I will give you just a suggestion:
I like to keep these three staple items on hand

1) proviron
2) Cialis
3) cabergoline (depending on my compounds)

The first 2 I take religiously, regardless of what I'm taking these both are the most complimentary to my sex drive, regardless if it's a heavy aromatizing hormone, or not.. even when I'm not very aggressive with my AI's (at times I like a higher estrogen ratio when bulking 60-65pg/ml)..
The both of these can be extremely complementary to one another..

Just my "suggestions"

When I have my tren at least 200mg per week higher than my test, it takes me forever to cum. I fucking hate it.
Not a cardio man, have me grabiin the pillows to use as a towel to wipe up fukin sweat falling off me

To the OP, do everything possible to avoid using one drug to Chase and counteract the effects of another,because when we start taking a drug and we need a drug to counter react that drug but we need another drug to counter react that drug now we're in a dog chasing his tail type of spin..
Find your sweet spot and take it from there, adding other ancillaries is an added bonus if need be..
