First cycle

I'm currently on a TRT weekly of 100mg of Test C. I'm would like some advice of a blast. The plan is doing 400 Test C a week with win 40 or 50mg ed. What I need help with is should I run Adex .5mg eod or e3d or should I run proviron?? I've read I can run both but I have to be careful so I don't crash my estrogen levels. My stats are 6'1 270 I've already dropped 4% bf and gained over 16lbs of muscle since ive started TRT. My diet is monitored closely by a dietitian every 2 weeks. My next blood panel will be in 2 weeks. That's when I would like to start a 6 week cycle.

That’s a pretty low to moderate blast of test, so Adex should be fine...and unlikely to crash your estrogen unless you go nuts with it. I prefer aromasin myself.....no rebound to worry about after your blast

That's too long to run Winny. Keep as the last 6 weeks and run organ support along with it....

I know this has been said before but is there really any difference between Adex and Aromasin? also, should I even worry about the proviron?

I don’t know anything about proviron, but aromasin is the newer ai and it is a bit stronger as it is a suicidal aromatase inhibitor with fewer sides. So depending on what you are running you may find adex is not enough....hence bloodwork!
