      Sup guys

      Bout to start another run. Less compounds but, throwing in some Tren A at 50mgs Ed with Sustanon at 250 a week. 12 week cycle. I’m gonna run the Tren A for 8 weeks and then throw in some winny at 50 a day for the last 4 weeks. Started this year out different than the last 5 years. I lost 33 lbs. from 240 to 207 today. I’m still about a few weeks away befor I start my cycle. Gonna try and get to 190 lb before i start. This is as light as I’ve been in 15 years. I’m turning 40 in a week so I’m trying to get lean as shit and keep my muscle. I already feel great from the weight loss. The last few years I always started my cycles at heavier weight than I should’ve. Usually started a cycle weighing 225 or 230 at 20-22% bf. checked today and I’m around 14%. Guys sometimes think they’re low bf because they’ve lost some weight or start looking a lot better but, I’ve learned that I’m not as low of BF as I thought in the past. 33 lbs gone and I’m like shit I need to lose another 17 before I jump on this cycle. Looking to get down to 10% or below with this one. I’ve been eating at a caloric deficit for a while now and hit a wall at around 211lbs. I stayed at that weight for a couple weeks. Started the first “cleanse” I’ve ever done and broke thru it. So wish me luck to bringing in 40 years in the best shape since my 20’s.

      Yeah brother it does. I’ve been obsessed with being big and strong for so long. I just want to see myself lean and healthy. Ok I really want to get shredded. This has been a long journey for me dude, about 5 years of figuring what works what doesn’t and how important diet is. I guess in the beginning of the last 5 years I thought I was 25 again and didn’t need to dial my diet in and that the juice would fix it with working out hard. I got big and strong though. The older I get the more I think of my health though especially with 2 young kids. I feel a lot better at 5’11 or close to that and 207 than I did at 240 or higher. I’ve done the get big than diet down thing and that way sucks to me. I’m liking the diet down then there is a prize at the end and it’s Cycle time.

      Oh I’ll be running BCG Sust and Tren A. Got some oral winny from Sovereign Labs. Probably gonna run Proviron throughout from BCG also.

      ...following the apparent trend of Tren higher than Test I see. I hope you have fantastic joints because 50 winny/day is pretty painful from what I hear.
      Good on ya for losing all that weight!
      A strange thing for me that is New is that after being contest ripped for most of the fall and summer, I let my diet and routine relax a bit. The only place I have put fat back on is lower back. Legs, abs, chest and arms still vascular. I can live with this new distribution. May your program give you pleasing results!

      My thoughts are that test is the cornerstone of all cycles for men. Think about it. Of all of these compounds we use, which has little or no side effects when we use it? (Not counting DHT and estrogen issues.)

      Great point. Agree 100%. Test is the staple compound that should always be used in any and every cycle to some degree. Test is king for a reason!!
