Been using slin pins since I started using Test. I've been on 250-300mg Test-C/E for a while, now. Most of my Test has been from AEL (Bought a while back) and I've never had a problem injecting. I backload 27ga 1/2" syringes. I wouldn't try to draw the oil up. It'll take forever & going through the rubber of the vial will dull the sh*t out of the needle. I usually inject to my upper quad. I try to get a little bit of a "divot" in the skin when I push down, but hold the barrel so as not to push so hard into my muscle. I've never had any issue with the oil flowing.
My injections have all been <1cc, so the method works well. Once I delve into higher doses of gear, I'm sure I'll go to a 3cc syringe, 18 or 22ga needle to draw, & inject w/ 25ga needles (use a new pin to inject to keep it as sharp as possible). I can't help but think there are benefits to using slin pins for injections when you can. Less trauma to the muscle can't be a BAD thing.

I’ve personally used several types of oil and never had a problem with a slin pin usually 29g .5” compounds like Tren, test prop, eq, inject dbol. Anything that I run 1cc or under, I like the minimal scar tissue as opposed to im. As far as it being slightly harder to push, hot water really helps that doesn’t really bother me, slin pins just seem to work a lot smoother than im for me

I went from 23 to 25, and 25 wasn't bad, I thought. I ran out of pins and I had my 27 1/2 or 5/8 - so I tried those. Honestly, It filled into the syring just a tad slower, but omg, so MUCH better. I won't go back. I'm using ACE and MB products and both flow into the slin very easily.

A question I’ve always had that gets quite mixed answers is do you aspirate with a slin pin? Back when I was on insulin for type 2 diabetes I never did, but now a days with gear I always try to. Although when you have a cc of oil loaded up you do not have much comfort room, just like to hear some thoughts.

I’ve yet to use spin pins for anything other than hgh but that’s about to change. Certainly like the idea of 27-29g 5/8’s pins when doing smaller volume injections. Since I already have a ton of 1ml syringes going unused since mostly use 3ml, think I’ll just order up some new 27g pins to start. Mess with back filling actual slin pins once I run through those. Seems like an easy way to baby step into some new injection sites.
