Anavar tudca dosing/timing
Wanting to start my anavar cycle itll look like this
25mg morning 25mg before lifting in the afternoon
My question here is how much tudca do you guys usually take. And how do you time it?

250mg X2 per day. Dose it a couple hours apart from your anavar.

I use 5% Liver & Organ Defender but my protocol right now is 4:45am VAR, 10:00am 5% L&O, 4:45pm VAR, 10:00pm 5% L&O. I typically work out either at 6:30am or 6:30pm depending on work schedule. 5% has Milk Thistle and I like to space it out from Var dose to allow Var to travel through my system properly before cleaning it out.
Pain is weakness leaving the body!

I was advised to take tudca at least 4 hours after oral.
If you take it under 4 hours you will weaken the potency of the oral.
I used to take it before bed

I’ve read at least 3 hours after so I usually dose before bed.

Same here with orals. I also take nac. I use milk thistle only after oral cycle not during

Milk thistle can down regulate ar too but to what degree no idea so I just stick with Tudca and nac
