      Tell me your fat loss cycle.

      Please describe your fat loss cycle. What diet you ran and your cardio program? Would like to see what everybody has done.  Mine was Test and Tren with low carb diet and got shredded and did HIIT type cardio. Thanks

      That's close to what my cut cycle is going to be, but test-e 300 tren at 500 mast-e 800 hgh at 4iu and var at 75-100 proviron at 50-75. My joints cant handle whinny infact I throw in deca at 300mg just to help. But I'm also 42. Also t-3 50-100mcg and clen 80-120mcg

      I can't even afford to get this shredded. I'll just stick with eating less calories than I expend everyday.

      My best cut is 180 test cyp. Carb cycling and a lot of high resistance strength, a lot of negatives with a fair amount of HIIT post strength training.

      I can be summer ready in 4 weeks with TRT dose of Test E and 75mg Tren A ED for only 4 weeks.
      I don't need any other orals used for cutting.
      Hell, I could do it with Tren A @50mg ED, but everyone knows more of the Homewrecker Tren will shred you up, preserve tissue during harder dieting, and who doesn't like the fact you can't think about anything other than masturbating and sex, to the point it's almost distracting lol

      However, longer prep...
      These are 9 week small blasts.
      First week is small Deca frontload.
      Such low dose of Deca, frontload is simple.
      Clean diet and using Tren as driving force:
      300mg Test E, 240mg Deca, 75mg Tren A ED
      300mg Test E, 240mg Deca, 750mg Tren E
      6mg Aromasin E3D with either one.

      High Test option:
      1g Test E, 240mg Deca,12.5mg Aromasin EOD
      Using higher Test and estro in low range, but in range, with clean diet. Higher metabolic rate without increase in caloric intake (with a bulk, I would increase my caloric intake).

      Deca used for joints.
      With my manipulation of estro, I can choose to to bulk or stay more dry.

      There are other standard ones I have used. You can find those around the web.

      As of now:
      I only run Tren once a year. Usually before summer.
      Only oral I use is Anadrol, maybe twice a year for 4 weeks only at 50mg ED.
      I will be getting 7g of MK 677 with my next order of raws.
      Gonna run that @25mg ED. First time running it.

      My bulk blasts are higher in Test, Deca, no Tren, or Low Tren if modifying my diet to cut fat and bulk at same time.

      I have many protocols that I can use based on time of year, life and work schedule, and goals.
