I agree. Switching compounds to sort of massage your receptors, keep side low and not overtax your body allows you to stay on for 4-5 months safely IF the doses aren’t these ridiculous ones I see are very trendy.

I am 55, been at this a long time. I don’t have gyno, never lactated, don’t have an enlarged heart and am generally in fine health save my arthritis and ortho issues that are NOT a result of bodybuilding.
I understand how it is to be young and flippant about growing old. I tried everything I could to not live to 50 in my actionsbut once I hit that age I decided I’d start trying a bit harder to live well.
