      I agree. Switching compounds to sort of massage your receptors, keep side low and not overtax your body allows you to stay on for 4-5 months safely IF the doses aren’t these ridiculous ones I see are very trendy.

      I am 55, been at this a long time. I don’t have gyno, never lactated, don’t have an enlarged heart and am generally in fine health save my arthritis and ortho issues that are NOT a result of bodybuilding.
      I understand how it is to be young and flippant about growing old. I tried everything I could to not live to 50 in my actionsbut once I hit that age I decided I’d start trying a bit harder to live well.
      Guesswhat? This STILL involves BB and gear (taken intelligently).

      Care to give more details & examples about switching compounds to massage receptors on long cycles?

      I personally think gains slow because of Myostatin regulation kicking in so you need a stronger compound to keep making gains at the supraphysiological level. For instance bulking doing test deca eq pulsing orals every other 4 weeks until about 20 weeks then you’d have to switch to test tren deca pulsing orals every 4 weeks for another 12 weeks then you gotta probably cut for 8-12 weeks then start over. This is assuming a blast n cruise lifestyle trying to be a mass monster if recreational, cycle 20 weeks do a hard pct like hcg 1000iu Ed two weeks hmg 75iu Ed two weeks then 1 week of aromasin 25mg Ed with nolva clomid 40/100 for 4 weeks then another two weeks at 20/50. This is all under the assumption you’ve cycled before. Notice how I didn’t put recommendations for dosages because well everyone has different needs and some like to run some things higher or lower

      The above is a good example chadmack. I would add that this can be done effectively without using a gram of this or a gram of that. If you are a casual user with no intention of competing, using today’s trend of very high doses is crazy, imo, obviously.
