      Front loading

      If I front load test e how much faster does it kick in? When should I start seeing strength Increase and size?

      Although I have limited experience as I am currently running my first cycle... I frontloaded with 500 mon and 500 thurs the first week. I would say you'll notice improved workouts the first week but everyone is different. I'm currently on week 3 and definitely have noticeable changes to my physique but although there has been some strength gains I wouldn't say they're over the top. Definite improvements already though. Tough to say it worth it without knowing the flip side of not frontloading.

      So by frontloading what you are doing is giving your body a blast of the hormones you are putting into it. Which in turn helps it saturate your blood faster than waiting say 3 weeks or so for test to kick in. Their are pros to doing it depending on the compounds being used. With test the way you wan to front load and I may be wrong but this is how I do it. If you are going to use 509mg if test a week the first two weeks you blast 1000mg spit into 2 shots. Then after the second week bring it down to your 500 range. I may be wrong on the technical part but that’s the gist of it. So if you were gonna do say 1000mg a week of test that’s double that the first week or two. The thing also with front loading is you are gonna pronounce any negative side ms you may get from a certain compound. If you are prone to any. If this is your first Cycle I would say just use your 500mg a week and you don’t have to split it just do one shot a week. And see how that goes and when you do your second or third cycle you can start experiment. I frontloaded eq last summer 2000mg for the first 2 weeks and then dropped it to 1000mg a week. By the end of the second week it was hitting full bore. I ran it for 20 weeks or so. Anyway I think if you do a search on frontloading you should find something. You can even google how to do it..

      works for some, and planning it depends on the planned dose, why not just get something with short ester for the first couple weeks

      I always front load long esters and bash pretty much summed up everything I would have said about it.

      Your body's T level starts to rise within hours of injecting. I front loaded for many years then quit bothering and could really see no difference.

      Honestly you might see it a week sooner if that all you’re doing is getting elevated blood levels to where they would be faster so you can maintain stability. The moment you inject the hormone it’s there exerting it’s effects but it takes time for the body to start changing.

      Why are people always in such a freaking hurry? Seriously, just start your cycle and let it run it’s course. Shit will happen, don’t worry.

      All this front loading but no one “tapers off” like we did in the ‘80s. It was also a trend but in hindsight it was pretty stupid.

      Personally I think all these cycles are too short as well 8-12 weeks just isn’t enough time to build a solid base to work from by the time the muscles built you’re going to pct. I prefer longer cycles about 20weeks at least make the run worth it.
