      Dbol!!!

      Wadddup guys I have a couple questions if y’all can help a brotha out. I’ve ran dbol a couple years ago but don’t remember how I took it. And I’m 7days on more right now 50mg ED. But I have a couple questions about it. Should I be breaking them in half and doing half in the morning then half before workout/night?? Is it dumb to bump it to 100mg ED? I’ve been runnin sust 250 since October was at 750mg wk. but went down to 250mg wk. (money issues) but I just went back up last week. And I ran drol for 4 weeks in November and I loved the pump and strength gains off it. Hoping the dbol can impress me like that did. But right now I’m week 1 at 750mg again, 50mg Ed dbol and started 50mg tren a EOD on Friday. So what do y’all think about how and when to take the dbol??

      For oral dbol I wouldn’t go past 50mg a day. In my experience the sides get crazy once you go above that 50mg. People do it and control the sides but imo it’s not worth it. The risk vs reward goes way up after that dose age.

      Now injectable dbol I actually go to 100mg every time I use it. The risks are far far far less than the oral version why? I couldn’t tell you but it def acts like a totally different compound vs the injectable version, and a lot of people agree with me when I say it. If you google oral dbol vs injectable dbol you will find that most people compare it to a immediate version of EQ without the vascularity, ie the clean mass you gain from it is comparable to EQ and I read someplace the the structure of the molecule itself was damn near identical to EQ except the extra carbon.

      Depends what time you work out 25 mg in the morning with your meal. 25 mg before you workout assuming that could be afternoon or night.. If you do work out in the morning take 25 mg with your meal and I just take 25 mg later on let's say 5 in the afternoon. Don't overthink it. But yes split it up into two do not take a hundred milligrams a day.

Drol makes me look crazy but didn’t wanna run that so close to my last one. And I’m up at 7 every day for work so usually lift around 6. So I’ll try and split it tomorrow !!

      I love dbol myself but the injectable version. I take it every cycle I do whether it’s a cutting cycle or bulk. And I usually run it for eight weeks with no issues whatsoever. Every time I run it I usually put on about 30-40 lbs and when I come off it after eight weeks I usually keep half of the weight I gained then add about ten more lbs after the whole cycle is finished.

      In a month I’m starting up my next bulk cycle and I’m going to run dbol and anadrol for eight weeks @ 100mg a da of each then I’m going to run superdrol for about Four weeks. I’m super stoked. And cannot wait for the gains and strength increase you get from dbol and anadrol alone let alone with anadrol too !

      I run 100mg twice a day to keep bloods stable. My calorie intake is through the roof, I don’t count my macros I just eat about two cups of rice and handful of a veggie and enough chicken to cover the palm of my hand. Last time I counted macros this meal times six meals was around 4500 calories a day with drinks and everything else’s snacked on throughout the day. I really need to get better st doing this tho.

      I find that dbol is so calorie dependent that if you don’t over eat you miss out on the benefit of dbol putting mass on quickly and if you add anadrol it has a synergistic effect and you put even more mass on.

      My wife is vegan but cooks me my meat cause I’m not vegan but since she is vegan we eat crazy crazy clean. So my calories are at say 4500 but they are good calories not sat fat calories and such. So i gain clean mass generally and also I don’t drink crazy amounts of water. I drink about 2/3 of a gallon daily. I found when I dialed back my water intake the bloat from water retention was cut in half. I eat good but I probably over eat too. It’s nothing to gain ten pounds every week while on dbol/anadrol and if I don’t gain that I eat more cause I know how my body reacts to those compounds so that’s another way I judge how much I need to eat. Out of that weight gain maybe two thirds is good weight the rest is water that falls off as soon as the dbol and anadrol is over with.

      I also run really long cycles usually consisting of 24 weeks then I cruise for eight weeks then hope back on.
