Thread: Test E cycle - Be proactive with Aromasin?

1 week into test e only cycle. No signs of gyno. Should I proactively begin taking Aromasin @12.5mg EOD, or wait until signs of gyno?

If at 200mgs or 250 mgs of test e just take adex 1mg pill every 4 days and your good aromisin is too strong just avoid that pill

Your asking something no one can answer.. You said your using Test E, one week.. How can that be answered? If your really concerned about gyno,and it sounds like you are, please give some more info so someone can at least give you some idea.. Good luck brother...…….Ghostprofit

It effects everyone differently I don’t even use aromasin or arimidex when I’m cruising, at 500mg I’d test enth I was using .5mg of Adex twice a week on injection days and was golden.

Thank you all! You guys are always on top of things!!! I know I was a bit vague.

I am running 500mg/week (2 injections per week). I will take you guys’ advice and begin using 6mg every 4th day.

Everyone is different, so dosage will vary.

Try 6mg E4D. So, proactive, but not excessive.
If you begin to feel sensitivity in your nipples, 6mg EOD.
The sensitivity should go away in a day or two.
If not, 12.5mg EOD.

Overuse of AI will hamper your gains.
For me, estro in range, and I feel flat, no pump.
With my estro a little above high range, I feel much better, super pumped, stronger. There are reasons for this.
Research the power of estrogen.

There is a time for increased AI.
It can dry up some water retention and give you a shredded look.
I run my AI a little higher, estro in lower range, when it's time to show off my hard work.

I have said this many times.
Once I realized the power of estrogen, dialing it in, I was able to lower my dosages of gear and get great results.
Currently running 600mg Test E, 420mg Deca, 360mg Tren E. 6mg Aromasin E4D, 10mg Nolvadex ED.
Last 4 weeks I will drop Nolva and increase AI to 12.5mg EOD or E3D.
I used to run far higher dosages, but I am now getting same results with lower dosages.
With higher dosages I was chasing my tail with increased AI. Counterproductive.
I will run one high dose blast a year, but I will now get far better results.
Since I am running Deca and Tren E, I am using an AI more aggressively(for my needs, dosage is person dependant). With 600mg Test E only, I don't even need to really run an AI, but I still would at 6mg E5D.

I have chosen to let my estro run in high range, and block with Nolva. I monitor blood pressure, stay hydrated, and take various supplements that help with blood such as Cialis 5mg ED, fish oil, others.

AI requirements have changed over time.

There is more to it, speaking in simple terms here.

Getting bloodwork is the only way to dial it in the right way, its not to expensive...

What dose of test are you pinning brother..?

everyone is different and our bodies process these drugs at different rates, My dose of AI will be different then you...
