Supplement Cost vs Gear Cost!!
I spend 4-5 times more $$ on supplements than gear. When you figure in liver support, aminos, protein powders, fatty acids, specialty blends, co factors, etc., and you take as directed- I personally spend around $300-$400 a month. That doesn’t include grocery store foods/groceries. I know after 20 years of pain and gain that if I don’t concentrate on my dietary intake and food prep, I am wasting my time. My end point is after you figure out your cycle, you better spend a lot more time figuring out your macro/micro’s, food prep, and nutrient timing. The Brotherhood sponsors are really priced well and I am very thankful. I was just doing bills and noticed how much more $$ I spend on groceries and supplements!!

So many times in my life this has always been the struggle not being able to afford to do everything the way I really want. For that matter I'm still on the same struggle. There has been many times in my life where I have bought every supplement known to man. Recently I have just stuck to protein. For that matter cheap Walmart protein is also in my kitchen. If you want to call it a hobby or whatever you want to call it yes it can be very expensive.

It actually makes me more organized and on track in life. I am most happy staying busy and reaching my goals.

That's a positive way to look at it and you're absolutely right. I do like a positive message.
It's not about the struggle it's about the accomplishment

I buy whey protein from vitamin shoppe, on sale it’s $35 for 5lbs. I don’t rely on it much so it lasts me 4-6 weeks. That’s literally the only supplement I buy. I spend my money on food, my grocery bill is easily $300 a week, which also feeds my wife and kids. But they don’t really eat much. The majority of that is spent on meats and chicken.
Gear can be pricey too depending on what all you’re running, but over the course of the year it shouldn’t be too bad.

I'm very busy and start my day at 4:30am and by the time I get home late at night after the gym it's tough cooking a couple steaks and asparagus before bed. I get 2 pack's of the ISO Pure Zero Carb protein drinks and I get 2 packs of the Premier Protein. In order to get 240-300 grams of protein a day I have to supplement. I've been told on here I need 500 grams lol I'm real finicky about what I drink. I hate the drinks that you mix and shake up lol Plus My wife drinks some of the protein drinks also so I'm buying for two.
