Lol im with mr bash on the click bait lol.....as far as customer service goes....ive only delt with riggs on this board....and hes top notch no doubt....there were few others i was considering when things went south recently....

Well I'm relatively new on here. I used Ace Labs and Bones doesn't fuck around 2-3 days and it's in the mailbox. His communication is excellent. I really became attached to Riggs and was going with you know who for my next cycle, but that is no longer an option. I really like what I got from Ace Labs and I asked about BCG as they have a blend that I want. My cycle coach said Biggaintime and BCG is excellent. So my next cycle will be a combo from Ace Labs and BCG! I am excited as shit to try Ripped Godz TestP,MastP,TrenA blend with 100mg's of each in 1ml from BCG! There are quite a few reps and sponsors here that are completely awesome. I would never argue that. I communicate with a few. And have also known a few for quite a while. One person I look up to is Riggs. But you got to remember who taught him everything he knows. Me!!! I'm ( joking ) guys I have much respect for him.
To be clear reps have absolutely nothing to do with the other end of it. Anything behind the scenes. Not one bit. They are only on the sub forum end of things. They can help suggest or guide you. If a problem arises a rep can help in resolving the situation as best as he can. Ultimately this will rest on the sponsors. I suppose there's several things to look at when deciding if a particular rep is someone who you would like to deal with over other reps. This could include their availability. How much time or effort they put into the sub fourm. Their knowledge on the items offered. Again anything to do with help guiding you in the right direction or helping you with questions or concerns. No matter how stupid the question is. A rep that gives one word answers to a complex question sucks.
So that leaves the sponsor themselves. You're looking at availability of products. Products offered. Is it a One-Stop shop for all your needs. Prices obviously. Donation options. Domestic or International. Email communication. T A Time. And whatever else you're looking for and a particular sponsor.
I am humble enough and will always be. There are several Sponsors and Reps here who are good people.
