      My 4th cycle

      This is my fourth cycle
      Im running 40 mgs of dbol for 4 weeks.
      And test e 500 mgs for 15 weeks.

      Ive only ever done similiar stacks with maybe a little higher test dosage like 750mgs.

      Can i still put on a solid 10 pds or more?

      Im 248 about 23% body fat and 6 ft tall.

      Not sure what your physique goals are. I’d strongly consider cutting on cruise or off cycle before doing a dbol/ test cycle. I personally wouldn’t blast or cycle above 12-15 percent bf.

      I struggle with body fat as well. You would probably be happier with your look if you tightened things up a bit. 20 percent is the highest I go and that's even too high. I would focus on trying to get near the 15 percent mark before trying to add more tissue. When that time comes I see no problem with the cycle

      What r your goals?
      1/4 of your mass is fat. That is hard on heart/cardiovascular system then add cycling gear on top of that is asking for issues.
      In the past when running test at 750 how was your estro?

      How old are you? 24% bodyfat seems high as i know on some boards people are warned away from steroids in general, buts be real some of the ball players in the 70s and 80s were huge and we know they were shooting gear. I have you looked into equipoise? I have some for my second cycle ( first will be 450mg test week)

      I am a big guy as well 6ft 320 bf is around 18-19

      As others have said get down to 12-15% first for your own sake it’ll be much more effective to blast at that %

      You should put 10lbs of water and glycogen alone, the rest is diet dependent in terms of lean tissue make sure you are 35000 calories in surplus over your 15 week period.
