If you are really concerned go to a ready med or one of the fast clinics pay the 80 bucks and get antibiotics and start taking them. If it clears up within a few days at least you can save the rest of the antibiotics for a time you might really need them.

I infected my glute one time because of a shitty runner stopper. I felt heat coming from the site and I also was running a fever. You could see the redness spreading down my leg. It took me 20 minutes to get a script. I just said hey I injected steroids and I think its infected. The woman said this happens all the time. Got the script and was done. Cleared up in a week.
