50 mgs would be a fine place to start and adjust from there.
50mgs should be good. I have only run it once and that was at 100mgs ed and it was awesome. I love winstrol but really wanted to try tbol. It might be my new favorite oral.

start 50mg then go up. i ran it at 100mg for 12 weeks. T-bol is not very toxic. to me it's like dbol without the water.....

I'm considering kickstarting my cycle with Tbol. I don't want to get too plump from Dbol...
I ran it for 6 weeks @ 40mg and though I saw results, I definitely would go higher next time, 50-60mg a day. I think it depends a lot on the weight of a person to. I weighed 230 when I did 40mg, someone <200 might find that a sweet spot.
Tbol is my favorite oral. Effective with no water gain or other sides in my experience. As others have said, start at 50mg/day and adjust from there.
