How often do you guys refeed
I know how it works and leaner you are more frequent. I. Curious if anyone has one every 4-5 days? My carbs are 81g and 16g added fats, and just right around 300g protein.
I know some trainers say when in prep/cutting it's not wise to keep carbs to low to long. Anyways wanted input?

Brother you gotta go with how your body feels. Carbs are the main one of the main reason you get a killer pump in the gym. So train a few days and then refeed. And if you don’t want to have the carbs sit. Refeed a few hrs before you train so your body eats them up and then give it a nice punch afterwards. But I am lot a dietitian or personal trainer their are more people well versed in it then I am. That’s what I would do for myself.
