I use Nolvadex and low dose AI.(Mk 677 and Cialis)
I limited my growth for a while when I was first starting, by keeping my estro in range.
Once I decreased my AI dosage, it actually felt like I was on gear.
900 Test and 720 Deca I now only run 6mg Aromasin E3.5D. and 10mg Nolva EOD.
If adding Tren E for a mass blast, I simply run 720 Test, 600 Deca, 400 Tren E.
Compared to when I was running 6mg ED for 1g Test with 600 Deca.... and now running lower AI... gains, drive, motivation, emotion, are far better.

Low estrogen can also bring jealousy, even if your not the jealous type. Mix that with some Tren... problems.
I was tripping playing movies in my head for things that never happened, and won't happen.
There are studies regarding low estro and jealousy.
I was actually thinking I wouldn't be able to run Tren again.
Hell, since dropping AI dose after researching the power of estrogen... no problems.
I still run an AI because it has it's place...
I just think many overuse them, and from my personal experience, staying in range(I would be around 31) isn't the best route for me.

Yeah I don’t fuck with any of those. If it came down to something cosmetic for stage, maybe for a short period. Only if absolutely necessary.
